[quote="bossedit8"]To be honest, the whole DLC isn't that bad once you know how the whole eshop works and if you have enough datas left up on your Wii U console/quote]

But what about our money?

Your money is basically there to go to waste. Spend them, earn them(via job mostly), spend them, repeat.

More footage has been revealed today:
Spoiler: show
Oh boy I'm starting to get some hype for this thing now! Also now this game is called Super Mario Maker.

To add:
Spoiler: show

I'll admit my expectations of this game were not very high in the beginning. Then, later on, I was sold.

Now, I'm completely overwhelmed.
Okay that's an exaggeration. Hyped, whatever. But still, this game can have all of my money.

From what I saw this morning, Super Mario Maker and the Wii U can take all of my money.

Yeah this is looking better every day. Definitely a day one purchase for me.

Are multiple sections confirmed as well now? If so that's pretty awesome.

Even checkpoints weren't confirmed yet! Why would you expect multiple sections?!

Because it was shown during the championships.

Because every level showcased at NWC showed multiple sections (Or one really, really large section with warps between them...)

I don't think it is, because the last level had a shift between castle and underwater areas.

speaking of the championships, i think my favorite part of the whole mario maker thing was the alternate kuribo's shoe. the heel one.

like i'm honestly getting this game just for the kuribo's heel alone, everything else is just an amazing bonus.

I'm totally incorporating dem heels into my SMBX episode. Level music will be Don't Cha by The Pussycat Dolls.
(Or wait... you need to edit the hard-coded graphic for that by messing with the decompiler, right? Screw it. Too much effort.)

I'm getting this game because... freakin' look at it. The stiletto is a silly addition, but the varying sized enemies and the unique physics and customization is mind-blowing. I lost it at the blooper with wings. Even silly little things like the synchronized firebars—I don't think that can actually be made to work properly in SMBX.

I seriously hope the normal Kuribo's Shoe is still available. I can't watch the video at the moment, so if it's in there, my apologies, but the heel just doesn't do it for me. Hell, I'm sold on everything else, but the Heel is just eh, as long as the Shoe is there I'll be contented. It'll be good to see the new videos to see what else has been added, but from what I've read and heard so far, this will be worth every penny that I sink into it.

Yeah, the sheer number of objects in this game seems pretty incredible. I really respect Nintendo for putting so much work into this... It could be really great. And yeah, the Kuribo's heel is super hilarious. Can anyone tell how it works differently from the normal one though?

Yeah, it's here.
Also I'm excited for this, everything shown is really good. Too bad I still don't have a wii u :(

Apparently, now I've seen the videos, it has really no difference at all. It's just a different skin for the same P-Up. Maybe it will eventuate to have new properties, but thus far none at all. The Shell Helmets are pretty cool. I'll give it to Nintendo for creativeness with those. Just think, there's still about two months till its release. Imagine what else they'll have made by the release day. I'm still hoping for slopes though, I haven't seen them yet, but tilesets have been getting extended, and there appears to be new ones as well so there's still a possibility. I mean Mario just isn't Mario without the slide feature. Good things are coming of Mario Maker and it seems quite evident that Nintendo aren't just going to cheese it with the quality.

Remember, there's always DLC thing for that.

And that would be the thing that keeps this game/game creator going. I see no reason why it couldn't be updated in future with DLCs, and if that were the case, Mario Maker would thrive for quite some time.

New stuff and the championships remained to Super Mario Maker.

Nintendo just unveiled their Mario Maker at E3, guess it's confirmed now. They are making their own level editor.
