I'm so gonna get criticism if I do this (not well-thought out) one..
M11: A Bloody Week
20 Players, Public voting, and Cardflip. Visiting is optional.
Note: In this game, the Mafia must be killed before the 7th Day, because when that happens, the Mafia will call in some "friends" from another town, and they will literally cause hell to everyone, which makes the Town lose.
THE MAFIA
Disguiser: Can change his color once throughout the entire game.
Thug: Can choose a player every night. That player will not be able to use his night ability on that night.
Mafia Highrank: Each day, he can send the host a private second lynching vote. Cardflips green upon inspected or lynched, but red when nightkilled.
Bomber: Can choose to kamikaze someone once in the game. The person he kamikazes and he himself dies upon doing the action.
Winning conditions: Have their numbers equal to The Town, or survive until the 7th Day.
THE TOWN
Inspector: Can inspect a player once a night to learn their color.
Undercover Detective: Can work alone or with the Torturer. They choose a player each night to capture. That player's lynch vote will not count the next day. Knows who the Torturer is.
Torturer: Like the Undercover Detective, but he can also choose to kill the captured player.
Lookout: Can stalk a player at night, knowing who visited that player that night.
Vigilante: Can choose to kill a player every night. If he kills an innocent, he loses his ability for a day.
Townsperson (x9): Has no special abilities, they vote to lynch someone every day.
Winning conditions: The Mafia must be killed. Note: If the Mafia is killed, the Town do not need to win before the 7th day.
THE THIRD PARTIES
Noble: His vote counts as two.
Serial Killer: Can kill a player every night.
Winning conditions: Be the last players standing.

I would remove/change the Bomber in particular, it's way too strong.
I'd also remove the Miller, just to tone down the mafia a bit.
The third party's goal doesn't make much sense, they can just end the game if one mafia is dead and there are 6 townies?
I'd just change the game's rules slightly so that if the mafia is dead, the town doesn't have to win in 7 days any more. It makes sense thematically anyways since the mafia's "friends" wouldn't have any reason to come any more. Then have the third party's goal be to kill everyone as usual.
Also, I'd darken the yellow cardflip a bit, you can't see it very well in the default style.
