I understand your frustration and apologize that I couldn't be more helpful. Here is a link to the original, LunaDLL-free 1.3.0.1 .exe file by itself. Put that in your SMBX folder, make that the only SMBX shortcut on your desktop, and you should be back in business as you were before.
Unfortunately, the downloading process has already taken three minutes and it's only one point eight mega-bites done out of seven point two.
