Uh there are different times where people talk or not. If their name is there it doesn't really mean they currently active.

For example Bomber57 is in there all time i look at it. If you direct him a message, as soon he comes back he replies. Same with Joey he's idling also and when he's back he replies to you.
I mean Noore is idling 3 days now.

I've been visiting a channel on EsperNet for about a week now. It's consistently held over 300 people. At any given time, only about 20 of them actually say anything.
