This is a great graphics pack. There might be a few more themes like an underwater theme, but overall this is a solid pack.

What do you mean by that? If you are using their graphics in your level or episode, you do have to actually credit them. It doesn't matter whether they are banned or not, iirc you can get in trouble with the staff for not giving proper credit and can even get banned. Also, people might say that you've stolen the graphics from the original creator too if you don't credit them.
