Snow makes a good point. Make them fit, but just recolor them.

I'm going to make a specific request for everyone to post the glitches they've found on the main thread so I can deal with them all in one place. I would not like it if my PM box were filled with bugs that everyone has found in this pack--I'd rather those bugs be reported here so I can view them all on one screen.

This has seriously made the past week really busy for me, but somehow I did it. Gosh, graphic designers, why did you feel the need to have Mario colors that are SLIGHTLY different...? Them spritesheets for sure.

Nop I have no clue how to use LunaDLL aside from the fact that // makes a comment, thanks to my Java curriculum. Although the project I'm working on at the moment uses LunaDLL, I'm not the one in charge of it. ;)

Right, I've been busy with British literature, Java coding, and lots of other school stuff. Sorry I haven't been responding. I'll get to the finishing touches of the next version in just a moment here.

Don't miss your SM4SH 3DS TOURNAMENT, starting in 1 hour, folks!

Just so you know LunaDLL can edit standing height, ducking height, and general player width. If you already ripped Valtteri's Mario I can do the small one so long as I have the sprites.

It sure took a whole lot of time, to make all those GFX ^^.

They are all looking really good, in my opinion, and I am sure that they are very useful too.
I like the SMB3-grass and the airship-tiles the most, but it also is nice to see new patterns for many other tilesets too.

I would suggest to darken the green pipe onto the screen with the metroid-tiles, as it is really a bit bright, in my opinion :-).

May you not be forgotten, for your hard work with this pack ^_^ and also be credited respectively, as some people already forgot to do so, in the past

I could think of those tilesets, BGO would work with the current custom graphics even with the vanilla ones. Maybe i can make use of this.

I should know about the custom hitboxes since we're doing that with the SMW Mario in Wind's project. But anyway, you'll find the Small Mario sprites in SMWXR GFX Pack\Unused by SMBX\Sprites\Done\Maaario!.png . I hope you can put together 8x8 tiles, because there's a bit of construction you'll have to do. It should be a little bit obvious how the pieces go together, though--I mean, you pieced together Bowser's Clown Car, so I think you know what to do.

Currently, I've decided to do more than just Yoshi's graphics in the EXE...

Ok so remember how Fallingsnow wanted me to do a recolor of the players to make them look redrawn? That's what I did! Surprisingly, Tanooki was the sketchiest one for me to do because of how much shading the fur would lose. Eh, it was worth it though.

Also, curious about the title screen? HERE YOU GO

heehee I've been messing around with my old intro, so I should release that as soon as I get done here as well :P

Yes, seriously. Also, for future reference, it looks bad when you quote an unspoilered screenshot. Now if anyone's so OCD as to why I didn't spoiler my screenshot, I wanted it to be immediately visible since it only takes up about 1/2 my screen. If someone decides to quote you and not add the spoiler or just remove the screenshot, that's when you're supposed to go FF

...okay let's just
finish the other EXE now

Oh well i noticed using the redrawn smb3 grass tileset and the smb3 redrawn green pipes still gives this cutoff thing. Could you maybe do a smb3 green pipe background object so that could be prevented? People are pretty nitpicky when it comes to stuff like that. Same with the Giant one.

I'm pretty sure that's fairly straightforward to make on your own, though. Just go into the block folder, copy the pipe graphic and mask, and rename them both to, say, the background numbers for the SMB3 table(background-163). I mean, I haven't done small edits like this because I know that people like you are more than capable of doing simple file manipulation such as this. Plus, if I stuck this in the main graphics folder, a LOT of things would break in terms of how people use that background object, you know?

Okay, so I've finally finished the hardcoded graphics for the EXEs! I've included both Joey's "1.3.0.1" and its corresponding LunaDLL version. You can head back to the original Dropbox download to pick it up, along with some small edits I've done to things like fixing frame cutoff on the SMW Lakitu, frame cutoff on the Bowser fire, but I've also included Redrawn(tm) recolors of the default player graphics and done something awesome to the Fairy powerup.

You'll find your shiny new EXEs in the Unused during Runtime folder. Don't forget to back up your defaults! Have fun, kiddos!

This is just amazing, Deoxys. I sympathize with you for dealing with all the crap you find online, and I congratulate you for this friggin' amazing pack!

I hope it's alright, but I've chosen to use this pack as the basis for my current project, Super Mario RPG 2: The Dream Thief (Look in the signature). This pack was pretty much my entire inspiration for this project. I'll of course give full credit to you for everything in the episode you made.

Once again, guys, it's fine what you use it for; you don't really need permission from me.

Also, coming from the screenshots thread, I'd honestly appreciate it if you could discuss any issues with my graphics in this thread, rather than complaining about them in someone else's thread or just sending me private messages. Seriously, the fact that people have been trying to keep complaints off of the thread I told them to put their issues on is really starting to bug me. Sure, the graphics are nice, but if there are problems, why try to hide them? Are you deliberately trying to avoid making my stuff look bad? Because, really, criticism is only a part of the graphic making process, you know? It's like writing a paper. You get your rough draft done, you go through it and fix stuff, and you show it to other people and see what else is wrong. User feedback: it helps. It's like customer service: you use it to tell the company what's wrong with your product, they fix the product, and then send it back to you. Have I cited enough parables yet? :P

Oh, there are amazing and beautiful graphics! Good job ;)

Few time ago I got suggestion to accept your GFX pack as full featured configuration pack for PGE which will be based on the existing "SMBX 1.3" but with full replacing of content ;)
Any available configuration packages for PGE I'm adding to this page: http://engine.wohlnet.ru/config_packs.php

I have seen extremely mixed feelings in the screenshots thread about the latest player recolors. Would anyone mind telling me what's wrong with them?

Why is your website so slow for my ATT U-Verse internet? Can't even load the page o.O
I'd love to see or do that kind of configuration thing sometime though, since I do use your editor :p

Ok, let's get real here. I've been seeing mixed opinions on the player recolors. Would anyone mind telling me why, exactly?
