Just to clarify, from my understanding the ranks are being kept for approximately these reasons:

1. Most people don't have epilepsy
2. People who do have epilepsy are assumed to know it, and to have taken the proper measures before using a computer at all (disabling flashing gifs with a browser plugin, for example)

@Gohan: That is because that his palettes are straight from the original Game. This is why that the Boss Enemy was supposed to be in the Castle especially his Room since it is pretty dark in the Game SMW.

Have you read the other posts? He was talking about the Ludwig rank and did a mistake when he named it, saying Morton instead of Ludwig.

The Ludwig looks fine to me, they can't change the palette because that's how the SMW one looks.
