All the judges slots are taken. And the judges should be choosen by how they are good with designing in general, not how many levels or boss rush they made.

Wrong, it doesnt matter how good you are at making bosses to become a judge, it depends if you will have the time to review, its like saying you cant look after a child because you cant look after a mouse.

Your analogy doesn't make any sense. If you don't have enough responsibility to look after a mouse, chances are you don't have enough responsibility to look after a child, either.
