Small requests

I wasn't sure where to post this, so i decided the best bet would be the graphics section. Anyway... If possible, could someone fix this for me:

Its a custom graphic that NEEDS to be npc 101 (luigi) And it for my un-named project. But, as you can see when testing it, it doesn't work all that well, can someone fix it please?

And maybe, if anyone has the time, they could make an animated version to replace npc-162, and a crushed-ish (still animated) one for 163?

Also, could anyone tell me how to embed images in posts?
