Review: Slightly Snowy
You already summed up the entire level in your post.

So my work is done.

Just kidding, here's some constructive stuff:

It's a casual snow level, I think. So let's start with your NPC choices and placement, because I don't know what else to do.
I don't really understand where you were going with with the dry bones and saw enemies. They just kinda didn't fit in this snowy environment. You can do magic by just using Koopas and Goombas, if all else fails, and I think that's the closest thing to do in this level.
Your NPC placement also was kinda meh. I'd have liked to see some paratroopas blocking the way on the suspended-ice-cube part, and not getting massacred by a shell after that same part. Also, you didn't place any coin formations in the air. Classic ones are various alignments of three or four coins, preferrably in wide, empty spaces and over gaps.

As there aren't any big bunches of snow background objects available, I can overlook the fact that you only used the trees I recoloured for Darkonius. The only way you could improve in this segment would be spamming animated snow bgos all over the place. And remove the strings from the ice cubes. I'm sure floating cubes look better than that. Especially since we're talking Mario Physics.

Also I'd like to know from you why you chose this music. Is there any backstory? Because the level sure seems too happy to feature Lavaland music and Dry Bone enemies.

For what it is, though, this level is okay. It's like a refreshing little piece of work after playing dozends of complicated levels. What else should I sayy.....
Let's just get to the results, as this is the only thing left to do.
Graphics: 2/3 They were good. Could've used some different bgos or something but for the most part, that's it.
Music: 0/2 I don't understand.
Gameplay: 2/5 Short, but fun nontheless. For what it is, you tried to impliment quite a few different gameplay mechanics. Missing secrets and coins and no fair npc placement are holding this back though, but this is a step in the right direction.

4/10
Nothing really good, but you warned me. Keep in mind what I said and impliment these things in your future levels, k?
