Other than the name, there isn't much that is too bad about this level.
Gameplay 4/10: What this level really falls short on is length, and it's also extremely linear that I could speedrun it to a point, with the springboard being the only stopping point. You need to raise the Banzai Bills above the ground by one tile, that way there is a reaction time to duck, since you can hit the duck button faster than you can jump over a Banzai Bill that just appears. I would also refrain from putting a Dragon Coin beyond the level's end, especially if the level end is a star. I thought you had missed one at first, though a second run through I found it at the way end of the level. I feel as if you could have hid it better.
Graphics & Music 5/10: The music is pretty fitting for the level, although I felt as if you could have used something that wasn't Running in the 90's. The graphical choice is questionable, while it was alright, the many flashing blocks made my eyes bleed after a while. Other than that the graphics seem pretty standard.
Backgrounds 2/10: There was a considerate lack of background objects and I feel you could have thrown in some more. Not much else to add here other than the backgrounds, or lack thereof.
Replay Value 2/10: First run through I got everything except that last Dragon Coin which you could have hid in the sky or something. It's so flat and linear that there is no replay-ability, sorry, I didn't feel that vibe.
FINAL VERDICT: 4/10 You could have done better but I guess you didn't. Good job trying though.
