Create a SMBX background with Paint.NET

I wanted create own backgrounds in Paint.NET or someting program?

For some editors, you can create custom own backgrounds it's better.
I using Paint.NET v4 allow create SMBX backgrounds for designers.

Paint.NET is a program in which we are creating our graphics, yes. Same goes to backgrounds, logos and stuff.

lolz im using Game maker 8 lite/pro to make all of my sprites.
(Its really easy to make lines,curves or other shit.)

I am weirdo. I make my graphics in MS Paint and after save in .gif format in Paint.NET.
