This surely is a weird Graphic that you have made. No idea where it is used for any of the Mario Themes but it looks decent at least.

The two styles used in the graphic [*]clash badly.
The balloon has no outline and is dark-themed, and the windows have an outline and are bright and have light reflecting off of them.

This kinda looks more like a human heart, not a balloon. I don't really find any use for it in Mario-themed levels, but it has nice shading and it's drawn well.
