The tier 1 results have finally come out and I'm safe from tier 1 which means I am not in there! And btw, why does the topic have to be titled "the winner" if 1st place is not up? Rename it to like, Results: Tier 1, I think that would be a better name.

A lot of the really good designers didn't submit their levels, which gives the lesser-known designers a chance.
But didn't someone say there were going to be like 8 tiers?

He said in he original post above the rules and below the picture! It is the winner of the "Worst level award"

They're not THAT nice. A lot of people withdrew from the contest pretty close to the deadline, though.

Anyways, this is pretty much the joke level tier. Serious levels that will actually appear in TOB8 should start in Tier 2 if I'm guessing Valtteri's plans right.

But Valtteri. How can you disqualify someone if they did oblige by the rules? I mean, I know your an admin and all, but you can't just chuck in a rule or disqualify someone for following the rules. By all means. Yes, a screamer is a bad thing to put in a level, but he wasn't breaking the rules in anyway!

Hold on, so is it compulsory to play Tier 1? Because if is, then i am going to rage at the fact that i have to play Kep's level (If the screamer is still in it) and the Kaizo Level.
