SMB3 Cape Mario

I would love an SMB3 Cape Mario, (A feather is optional too) and I know I have one on my PC already, but it's glitched up (like the frames) so I came here instead.

Oh, and I can tell Squishy Rex probably ripped some part of it from SMA4.

Being active has nothing to do with fulfilling requests. People aren't obliged to fulfil requests either, they do when they feel like it. Some requests take months to even be considered.

SRSLY?? That means that if im not lucky, my request for tropical island gfx will be ignored ond i wont be able to finish my episode.

It usually depends on the moral of the userbase and how they feel during each day. Some days they might feel like helping and some days they don't. So basically yes, it is about pure luck.
