It says False Swap will leave the Pokemon with 1HP. But it never actually does, it just hit's with 12HP, (Depending on the lvl on the Pokemon), why does this happen instead?

Hm? I think you might be misunderstanding how the attack is supposed to work. It doesn't always leave the target with 1 HP. It hits like a standard 40 power attack, but can't ever kill the target. It's not meant for actual battles, it's meant for catching Pokémon and that kind of thing.

Huh?
Oh!
Um, yes I was using it with a wild Pokemon. - A Legendary Pokemon, Mewtwo. Using the attack with a lvl 100 Lucario. But doesn't do a thing. Tried so many times on Pokemon at lvl 50, and under with the same Pokemon I'm using. (Help?)

False Swipe will always leave the foe with 1 HP, even if you use it just when you think you'll knock out the foe. You can't even kill a Pokemon with False Swipe, so if you use it when a Pokemon is at 1 HP, it will do nothing. It's basically an unlimited Endure status but without the message until the move runs out of PP.

i'm planning on getting X and I've seen a few episodes and i must say...
Where does one get a Malamar? (and is it even good in the game compared to the anime?)
What starter should i get? Chespin, Fenniken, or Froakie?

I got Froakie. I'm a water trainer, so go figure.
But seriously, it's now a level 90 Greninja, and it is great.

When Omega Ruby comes out, I'm trading in my X version for it, cause I really didn't like X/Y.

I'd say that Chesnaught is probably the best of the starters (or at least my favorite) without it's hidden ability (with its hidden ability Protean Greninja easily outclasses the others). It's pretty tanky and powerful even without being Bulletproof.

You hold the 3DS upside down when Inkay levels up from Lv.29 to Lv.30, and it should evolve into Malamar.

I don't remember if I've pre-ordered Alpha Sapphire or not. I'll probably have to go check with Gamestop to make double sure.

Yeah, Froakie is, arguably, the best starter. However, it evolves into a speedy special sweeper, Greninja, so you should really give it special moves to take advantage of that. Pity it doesn't have Protean though.

1. If you mean Clemont's Dedenne, then no, it doesn't. Dedenne can't evolve.
2. The Fletchling line.
3. Protean is the Froakie line's and Kecleon's HA. It allows it to change its type to the move it is using, thus it gains STAB from all moves it uses. I have a Protean Greninja.
