All credit goes to him for making the level. Comments are appreciated of course.

BTW, the reason for the lack of progress is I'm working on a contest level. That level will appear in this project.
I'm really liking the tileset lxniur used in the level. ;)

Good! I also agree that lxniur chose a nice tileset, and the design of his level is great too.

Thank you for your comments about my level, TNT, SM7, I'm glad you liked it!
By the way, I would like to remind you to update the screenshot of the snow level, just wanted to remind you in case you've forgotten the graphics improvements. ;)

New screenshots! These will showcase the old snow level with MechaLxNiiur's new graphics (thank you to him for making those) along with Darkonius Mavakar's background, plus some brand new screens of a brand new level. Please comment!

The new screens looks really cool, man. Both of the snow screns look perfect and it's a cool touch how when you hit the blue switch, the snowman falls. However, I think you should recolor that light-sandy block blocking the way in screen 3 to be the same color as the tileset. And how come there's vegetation in the desert screens? This is a bit odd. Nevertheless, keep it up.

Oh, and sorry for being an inactive beta tester. I've been trying to get my reviews up, but I'm just not having time due to real life things.

Kep: Thanks for your comment! When you get the beta, you'll see why the blocks are a different color so I'll wait on your opinion then before I actually change anything. And the vegetation is just used to decorate the level better, and they fit fine...right? And no worries about the reviews, just do them at a convenient time for you.

I'll be honest, I don't think they fit well, since I've never heard of vegetation in the desert and since deserts are dry, why fill them up with greenery and such? Therefore, what I'd do, is recolor them to be desert-ish. But the cacti and palm trees are fine; I think they fit very well and they capture the desert atmosphere perfectly.

Very well, expect them sometime this month or in a few months.

That's a good idea, I'll try it out. I do like the contrast the green bushes give the brown/tan sand, but I'll see which looks better to me once I try it out. Thanks for the suggestion!

Okay, that's fine. But just so you know, testers are not going to get the second beta until they submit the reviews for the first one. That's so the betas don't stack up on the testers, and so inactive testers don't continue to get levels that they're not going to review (I don't mean you're an inactive tester, it's just in case some testers do become inactive). So you can submit the reviews whenever you want and get the second beta right after that, but if you wanna get the second beta as soon as it's released, you'll probably have submit the reviews this month. =P

That sand block in the third screen should be a bit darker in my opinion. Otherwise, great screenshots as usual.

The new screens looks awesome! I just feel the desert block in the third block should be more similar as the tileset :/

Kyo/zlakerboy357: Thanks for your comments! As I said to Kep, I want you guys to play the level so you can see what the purpose of those blocks are (if you don't already know), before I change anything. I'm open to changing it, but IDK what to change it to because it has a different function than the regular sand tiles so it shouldn't look like those in my opinion, and I'm not sure how to recolor it to be make it look better.

Give it the same palette as the sand tileset. The difference between the sand block and the tileset will still be noticeable.

Darkonius Mavakar: Yeah, you're background was great! And I'll try to fix the bush outlines.

Kyo: Okay, good suggestion. I'll try it and see how it looks.

Your new screens look amazing. Every one of them looks beautifully designed and lots of fun to play. I'm really happy to see that you have included some of the levels from your original Super Mario Legends, because every one of the levels from that project was awesome. I should have your level reviews very soon, too. Great work overall.

sezixor: Thanks for your nice compliments! I appreciate your support for this project, and I'm looking forward to seeing your reviews. Expect the second beta pretty soon, hopefully right after the CC9 is over.
