Im sure some idiot out there will make a fool of him/her self claim to have it but doesn't just to cause panic just like H1N1(swine flu)
It isn't really highly contagious, it's just easy to catch if you come into contact with any bodily fluids, like blood, urine, saliva, or semen.
The symptoms show up 2 to 21 days after contracting the virus. Symptoms include:
High fever.
Headache.
Joint and muscle aches.
Sore throat.
Weakness.
Stomach pain.
Lack of appetite.
It doesn't have a vaccine yet, but it is treatable, it has been done before.
Don't worry about contracting it unless you live in West Africa, because the only way of catching it if somebody urinates, regurgitates, spits, coughs, sneezes, or blows their nose all over you.
