I made an SMG4 custom graphic. He makes the SM64 Bloopers. Here's an image:

It's my first custom graphic. I wouldn't expect it to be too good.

It contains 1x1 pixels, and I think if your going to make
the death effect it could probably come with the playable as well,
other than that it looks good.

don't worry, the death effect is in there, I should know I downloaded it.
