@Superiorstar: That looks great! For some reason it reminds me of those star-warp-thingy-levels in Kirby's Return To Dreamland.

Plottwist: This door only opens in the subspace. So basically you go along the level, go subspace, and turn back with a lot of changes in enemy placement.

i feel like this Subcon mechanic is slowly turning into a non-linear level excuse instead of using it to make the bonus sections like it used to.

Well, I feel like how I used it is a good idea because you get this "Dejá vu"-feel from it. It's basically the same ground, but since you're going backwards there are a lot of new challenges. Also, I make my levels pretty non-linear anyways, and I don't wanna make this level an excuse.

The Crystal Ball is actually the checkpoint Sednaiur made for his SMB2 GFX Pack, Not the Crystall Ball from the NES Version.
