When I saw the title, I thought that this was going to be a super ambitious level with an in depth plot about time and memory or something, but no, it only consists of a typical grassland section which leads to a typical castle section (which, admittedly, isn't done often). However, this is by no means a bad level. The design is simple, but varied. There were a few odd design choices, such as the only Thwimp in the level getting killed almost instantly by a saw-blade and 3-up moons just laying across the level, unprotected. Also, the Phanto is set to appear on the Key's death which suggests you don't entirely know how events work (keys don't "die" until they unlock a door). Plus, the boss is literally just a Boom-Boom; I know that this is supposed to be a tribute to Mario Builder/SMB Game Master, but you could have at least tried to make the boss challenging by adding other NPCs to the room.
In conclusion, I'd say that this deserves a 5.5/10. It's pretty good for the most part, but that basic Boom-Boom battle brings the level down.
