Recovery
Weather changing moves
moves that have 2-5 hits
Sweet Scent

That's why all the evasion-boosting moves are banned. Imagine if you were in a Double Battle against a Mega Gengar at full health when the opponent spams both Double Team and Sand Attack. You're screwed because it's impossible to hit the opponent in this case, and then you can just kill them with impunity.

Those moves i'm referring to are Gen I to Gen IV games only, Gen V im only at the 3 badge in, on White 2(don't spoil anything-even though most of it is already the same)

Also what city is it that i get Zoroark in B/W 2 (i know B/W is in the trailer when having EVENT raikou, entei, suicune)

You don't get Zoroark straight away in B/W2. You go to Driftveil City at a certain point in the game's storyline and go to the ex-Team Plasma base. Rood will give you a Zorua - N's Zorua, to be precise.

I only ask because zoroark is my favorite Gen V legendary next to Zekrom/Kyurem

Nope. You're thinking of the Relic Castle. The Dragonspiral Tower is near Icirrus City. Relic Castle doesn't even have any legendaries.

Also, i gotten a Dragonite from Dragonspiral in the water(the little ripples in the water use Super Rod) its a 5% chance of getting one,though you can also get dragonair too

It might not be called Pokemon Z, although due to the legendary naming, it's pretty likely they'll have Zygarde as the mascot in the third/fourth game. However, they might do X2/Y2 like with Gen V, but I think the next Kalos games will be XX/XY, because the theme for Gen VI is genetics. Zygarde can fuse with Xerneas or Yveltal and gain new powers, and Team Flare will probably try to cause an earthquake using Zygarde to destroy the entire Kalos region.

Well actually, I think there's an update coming (or already here, that I don't know of because I haven't check.) for Pokemon X/Y, because of the strange souvenir and of other things too. But it could mean in Pokemon Z, because the Hiker said his region is better than any of all 6 regions. - But it would be cooler if it was an update than a whole new game.

GF don't do DLC for the Pokemon games. It's gonna be another game altogether. They're probably going to expand Kalos (currently it's too small) and have the plot centered around Zygarde, as well as some other changes like bug fixes and alterations from Gen V such as seasons.
