Staff Discussion Thread

If I am not mistaken, Joey doesn't want discussions about the site's staff in the "Site Discussion Thread," so I thought I'd try something to redirect those posts from that thread (it's not like those posts can be prevented altogether).

So, yeah. What do you think about the current staff of this forum? Are they doing a good job, or is someone (doing/has done) something that you disagree with? Explain why you (agree/disagree) with what the staff members (are doing/have done). Do you believe that the amount of staff members needs to be increased, decreased, or kept stable? If you think that there needs to be more staff members, who do you think would be a good candidate for whatever position and why? If you think there needs to be fewer staff members, who do you think deserves to be demoted and why? etc.

PLEASE POST IN A CIVIL AND MATURE MANNER. I DON'T WANT THIS THREAD TO DEVOLVE INTO CHILDISH BICKERING.

Kley's a col guy, but he really isn't very online much. I almost never see him moderate or just be a normal user in general. Until recently, he is has been more online, but I question his global mod role.

...no, the reason why I didn't allow staff discussion in the Site Discussion Thread is because I knew you guys would jump to it and I don't want it discussed in the first place.
