This looks pretty good for a more indepth Tileset like this. You made a good job on it especially that you add a little detail by a Cloud Face on it.

That is really good actually. It reminds me of the "Boo Goo" tileset in Natsu's GFX Pack. If I used SMB1 more often I would definitely use this. I can't see any flaws and it is simple, yet beautiful. Well done!
