A few questions about credit

I just have a few questions about credit.

1. If you are using someone else's graphics, do you have to ask permission to use it?
2. Where do you put credit?

Can someone help me with these questions.

1. Only if they have specified that you need permission OR if it is an episode and the graphics haven't been publicly released (i.e. Super Talking Time Bros, Lowser's Conquest) Although with Lowser's Conquest no-one is allowed to use those graphics under Sednaiur finishes the project.

2. If it for an episode, you can either write all the credits into a txt (Notepad) file and put that with the rest of the download. The same goes for graphics, though you can always just put in the topic:
Credits:
Squishy Rex
GiveMeCredit!!!
IAmError

Thanks But forgot I had one more question.

3. How do you use graphic packs with credit?

Same thing that Rex said in number 2, except with the pack name and not people

If all the graphics you use in one pack are by the same person, just credit that person. Usually the folders are marked with their appropriate creator or creators. If there is more than one creator, just credit all the names in that particular graphics folder.
