Looks better. However, if you can, try making the Bowser's Castle non-transparent, because it doesn't really look good transparent. I can just settle with this background if you can't do it.

Okay, It wasn't really transparent, as much as saving it as a .gif ruining the castle's quality (which is unexpected on Paint.NET), I just resized it to 50% and back to fix it. I also tried to make the crowns gold again, but just didn't care. Then I decided to swap the volcano's colors a bit as the shading seemed... weird to me.

Oh, I don't mind about what happened, but I'll use one of them, thanks for the graphic. I'll credit you in the folder.

Reminder: There are 6 days left until the poll closes and the final decision is made. So if you haven't decided whether you want joke levels or not, do it as soon as possible!

Then the poll would be useless, as someone pointed out as that if the joke levels will stay there then there's no point of having the poll. But then Kyo said earlier up the thread that they're a disgrace of a remake of an otherwise grand episode.

I prefer get rid of these joke levels, because I don't really like it very much and they lack the effort of making an episode. Also NGCA doesn't have any of them so that would be my choice.

I agree with you here. For an Actual Episode, joke levels are completly nonexistence and it doesn't make a good game at all. I even made a Guide that Joke Levels are something you not supposed to do in a regular Mario Game.

Believe me, some of them have serious effort put into them. They are 3 serious gameplay joke levels, one kaizo-ish one, and one block bollocks one.

I've just decided that the poll will not affect whether joke levels will appear in the episode or not. The joke levels are actually going to make it through into the main episode, it's confirmed.
Now you may be thinking about the futility of the poll, but it's there for a new purpose. It'll stay, but if more people want me to get rid of the joke levels, I'll hide them somewhere in Twilight Town and have them accessible via a secret warp that will never be revealed to the player. If more people want me to keep them, I'll have them accessible to the player with a sign saying something along the lines of "Joke levels". However, they will not have stars, but SMB3 ? exits instead. Only the super-secret joke level will have a star.
Sorry if that disappointed any of you.

Take the star out of the secret joke level and you're good to go, m8.

I could possibly do that, but the thing is that it's meant to be a super-secret joke level and it has genuinely serious gameplay, unlike the Block Bollocks level or kaizo-ish level that you made for the project. It's still a joke though, for reasons that won't be revealed for spoiling the secret about the level.

As stated several times up the thread, the joke levels are not mandatory. They won't have stars. The secret joke level won't be in the joke levels section but it will actually be a hidden warp somewhere in the castle that is never revealed to the player.

At least have a hint.

Why are you people so against joke levels? If the level is honestly fun to play, and gives me a good laugh, I don't mind it being mandatory.

You may like them, but others don't and claim that they're a disgrace to a remake of an otherwise grand episode, destroying the quality aspect of it, for example the Block Bollocks level and Amateur Lands level. I might get rid of the Amateur Lands level as it was actually a prototype to get me into making joke levels and leave all the moothing to deadfish and add in a truly original joke level of some kind.

Well, at least you see value in your fanbase's opinions and respect them. That's something I definitely appreciate.

KoolKat, the solution I came up with is meant to satisfy both sides of the fanbase. Hiding them somewhere if they're not needed won't upset the people who actually wanted them to appear, but then putting them in plain sight can upset those that don't want joke levels, like Kyo. However, to satisfy that side, they will not have stars at all, apart from the super-secret one.
A note about the super-secret joke level: As stated a lot of times earlier, it will have stars, and it will actually play out more like a regular level than a joke level (so there's no random objects flying across the screen, no mammoths, or no sporadically placed BGOs) but it is still considered a joke level because of reasons that will not be revealed as it'll give it away. It will not be revealed in the hub, either, but it will only be revealed when the player ventures into the actual level. It will require stars, unlike the other ones.
