The level has to end with a Star (or the exit can be anything but a Star must be obtained in order to reach it). It can have an additional secret star but no more than two stars in total. This is for our convenience when we build Tower of Biased.

What??? How could you do this, Valtteri?! You saw my topic about how changing the star limit to 3 would greatly increase level variety. Could you at least try it and if it doesn't work/causes too much work/problems we won't do it again?

Please make sure none of the NPC codes have decimal values. They cause problems and slow down the judging/TOB progress significantly.

Sorry, Valtteri, but with speed=1 it just looks like it's going too slow and with speed=2 it's going way too frickin' fast. speed=1.5 is just right.

LunaDLL isn't allowed as it's still a bit too complicated to the majority and those who know how it works would be in an advantage.

Should we ban that stuff from contests because some users would be at an advantage? No! But you're the guy organizing the contest, so I guess you make the rules.

If each level had 3 stars, we'd have to deal with trying to get all three in ToB8. Why not just make the level have switches or something to add to exploration? More stars =/= more variety.

The difference between LunaDLL and CGFX/music is that LunaDLL is a third-party extension to SMBX and therefore cannot be utilized by everybody if they are to decide not to install it. Custom graphics and music are already built-in to SMBX, therefore disallowing them would be retarded. They are built-in, and therefore anybody can use them without downloading external stuff like LunaDLL.
