Seriously dude, this contest is way too rushed. There are tons of things you haven't specified and yet you expect people to join, for example, is there any prize? Can people actually make any kind of level? How many judges are there? Are you the only judge here?

When opening a contest you need to be as specific as possible, and if people actually like the contest they will join. If you are lazy and don't want to add all these kinds of things then the probabilities of anybody joining are very close to null.
