To me it looks like "Cool Lakitu" with a Angry Cloud but hehee, whatever. It looks very nice. Good work and hope to see more graphics from you in the future.

I haven't tried it yet, but does it throw lightning? That'd be so cool. It somehow reminds me of Attack on Titan.

That's a cool graphic. It really reminds me of Lakithunder from NSMBDS, though without the same functionality of course. It's good to another good designer on the forums. I can't wait to see what else you come up with.
