Nice sprites, you should create a sprite sheet for your Boo avatar and everyone can rip and use.

They're really not that hard, it's just a bunch of individual sprites. When I make them I literally copy-paste the previous frame and modify it.

Come to think of it how do you turn a picture into a sprite???
