how to remove downreps?

I downrepped someone (smbxraptor) because he had a signature that was a copy of someone elses and since he changed it I don't know how to change the downrep/remove it. can anyone help?

oh ok. well a different person already up repped him because I downrepped and that person also claimed I downrepped him for no reason since that persons up rep was made after he changed his signature so all is well
