SMB3 Desert Ruins

Postby Magna » Mon Aug 25, 2014 3:32 pm

I made this today. I'd recommend for SMB3 levels because this was made using the SMB3 palette or as I like to call "My Little Buddy".

Man, that's one of the best pyramid tileset I ever seen. I guess I'll download it.

Thank you for the kind words. I really didn't think people would like it that much. I hope this will be of use to many people here.

I think out of the whole tileset, I really like those Nipper and Spiny statues the most. Definitely downloading.

Nice, it looks even better once ported to SMBX. By the way, are you going to make 32x32 and 64x32 slopes?

Looking forward to more stuff from you Dready (can I call you Dready?). ;)

It's pretty nice looking, however, I really only have one gripe about it: Though you used the SMB3 palette, the graphics themselves feel more SMW-ish. Also, I can't say I'm a big fan of the bushes, but other than those minor issues, this is a damn good tileset.
