So yeah... Egg Magician from Sonic Rush or something...

Credit to Ragey for the sprite sheet.
Replaces the SMB3 koopaling. The Flying Battery zone tileset isn't with this, that will be released whenever I finish it.

So yeah...

I messed up the casting animation a bit, but for now review this.
EDIT: ^this means that when it casts, it appears to spin, this is because of how fast the koopaling moves... and I can't slow down the frame speed, not that the gfx is broken.

Actually you can bring the frame speed down by typing as follows:
framespeed= 8 is normal, under 8 makes it go slower, and over 8 makes it go faster.
As for the gfx itself it looks realistic so would only go with background, blocks, and such that are also realistic.
Thus no real use for SMBX, but it still can be used.

Sort of like @Sednaiur's graphics.

Individually it has no real use, but together with other backgrounds, ncp's, and such; then we see a real use for them.
