I've created a copy of these instructions that are downloadable and usable for offline use! Download here!
And yes, I know I'm not the best at image editing.
Also, is there any way to have this set on by default, or have it as part of the editor window thing? Or do you have to do this every time you want one of the items?
effect txt files are pretty much useless because this will be automatically coded with the NPCs size itself. The default effect graphic however must have the same frames as the custom one.
But for example, I made a goomba, and animation of when the goomba die (crushed) is too "upper" (10 pixels approximately) because the sprite effect measures 32x32 and goomba sprite 40x40

EDIT: Solved, I have edited the txt file, changing the height to 32 and it worked, leaving the gfxheight in the same measure.
P.D. Sorry for my bad english.
You know, the framerate Cheat that doesn't affect the saving feature at all is something I never thought before until now. That is actually surprising, might I add.
Maybe I should add more Videos for the whole "Cheat Abuse" Stuff here so get more entertaining of how fun they can be but we will see...
Another way could be to go in real-time editor, next place a SMW(or SMB3) statute that shoots those fireballs and "catch" one of those fireballs. It'll look like the statue at first and go to the Misc. Tab but if you select the Lakitu tab, Then it'll be Lakitus throwing themselves!
Just want to say, when the NPC-293, or 294, or 295, ............. or 300 are placed in the level (can be done only with LunaDLL, at the moment) and when you clicking on the "NPC" section, the "The Lakitus are throwing Lakitus!" tab will show automatically, even without using any Lakitus.
