Hm.... I was hoping the bricks would be enough detail.
I was trying to imitate the castle tileset in NSMB but add the broken bricks to it.

Well, the good news is, the tileset is finished, the bad news is, I have to port the whole thing to SMBX! Yay...
@Natsu: I really don't know what to say, but that tileset is stunning. I shall bear witness to it's beauty.

Thanks, I'm still working on it. I have to fix the pillar because when I connect it with another pillar tile or either the lower part or upper part you can easily distinguish a line that looks ugly. Look forward to the next update of this spritesheet.
By the way, that train, looks A.W.E.S.O.M.E as fuck dude, I really like it. By the way, I know the pain, I'm sure every GFX designer knows the pain of porting stuff to SMBX, but be brave, the result is worth it.

Anyways, that looks really nice, I like the texture and visual appeal. I could also see a lot of people recoloring that to make other ruins tilesets, like grass, ice, volcano, etc., too, so that makes it even more useful.

Are you going to release it? I swear I'd use it, I just love the look of it. If I'd ever do a final castle level, this is the tileset I'd love to use for it.
