Keep in mind that you can only give out 3 reps per day and cannot give out multiple reps within a 6 hour span of time. You must have at least 100 posts, and a reputation level greater than or equal to 0.

Right so both of you have the required number of posts but in Blck_Guy's case he has a reputation of -1 which means he can't use the Mod which is probably why he can't see the rep links.

In lighthouse64's case, his reputation is fine so all i can think of is that he's gone through his 3 reps per day cap. Check again in 24 hours, the links should be back by then.

I see the mushroom's again .
