At least he said he's seriously sorry, he will stop with the beans and boobies and be a nicer person. I don't think calling us not funny is a problem or a reason he shouldn't be unbanned.

I'm going to make an executive decision at this point, and if an admin disagrees with it they may by all means unlock this.

Eiolin has done nothing to prove he should be unbanned, and has in fact further reinforced to me that he should remain so. Sorry, but I don't think it's happening.
