SMB3 styled Spiked Goomba replacing SMB1 Goomba

I need a Super Mario Bros. 3 styled Spiked Goomba that preferably replaces the Super Mario Bros. 1 Goomba. If you don't know what the spiked Goomba is, it's an enemy in PM:tTYD. It's a Goomba that wears a spike on it's head. Picture included!
