If i were to grade this level from 1 to 10 i would give it a 6/10.
I do like the level itself as it is quite fun to play through though and i feel a lot of effort has been put into the level. However, there is some mistakes i have noticed.
When playing the level, in the area of the second "UP", the bumper that is placed(closest the highest platform) is just few spaces to far for the player to bounce to the higher platform.
The biggest problem in the level is there is NO credited source to the graphics and music.
Please trying to find the sources otherwise that is considered plagiarism.
Thanks for your time.

What this has to do the source of graphics and music with the level itself
You're just unfair

Iirc it's okay to say "Everything except [...] was not made by me."
I'm not sure what it's like if you don't credit anything, but just saying "[..] wasn't made by me." should be enough.

I took neon squares from Next Generation episode. Other resourses are my work. It took over month with gimmicks on this level.
Initially I was going to use Airship's work, but it have some different structure and not compatible with slopes.

You're under no obligation to credit graphics unless you want dirty looks.
That's why you do it.
But docking points just because someone didn't consider that is a bit of a low blow.

Since most of the replies on this topic have been related to graphics and credits, I figured I'd give my humble opinion on the level. In short, I came for the Sonic and was not disappointed. However, it goes without saying that there are some flaws. I think the biggest issue here is the enemies. Due to the fact that you used Sonic enemies, and the Sonic games use a bigger scale than Mario, it created some problematic results, at least for me. The enemies were just simply too big and it would have been nice if more of them could be bounced on with the spin jump. The most irritating area of the level for me was the tunnel right after the checkpoint. The two unidus enemies had massive hitboxes and avoiding their projectiles was quite the task. However, a bit of difficulty is refreshing. I would have liked to see some sort of SMB3 styled set of graphics, but that's the perfectionist in me talking. All in all, I'd say it's a pretty nice level. I guess I'd give it a 7/10.

I didnt mean to upset anyone....this just my first review i tried....(and now my last, I'll stick with making episodes&levels rather than review)
Honestly aside from what i originally said i thinks its a really great level. Its feels like its Spring Yard act 1&2 together and its nostalgic to me since i grew up with sonic, mario, and zelda.

Hey, this level is about to get its third review! Third time's the charm, right?
Anyway, my review:
So, for the most part, this is a pretty good level. It is well designed, and there are even enemies that use layers and events to better match their original AI, even if it means they can't be killed. My biggest complaint is that, besides the checkpoint, there are no power-ups in this level! However, this is made up for by having sparse enemy placement, but that only serves to make the level more boring. Plus, there's no indication as to what the first switch does, so first time players will most likely miss that platform. You should also introduce the Unidus in a less cramped area, because I didn't realize that it was a Snifit sprite-swap until after it shot me.
In conclusion:
I really enjoyed this level, and I especially liked how you went out of your way to make certain enemies act the way they did in the original Sonic the Hedgehog. However, this level isn't without flaws, so I'd say this gets a 6.5/10.
