I was banned from spamming ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). I was just messing around. Could I be unbanned?

You have to talk either to a Moderator or Admin here via PM in order to get your request done. In IRC there are rules also so you really consider to watch out a bit more over there. Spam doesn't lead you anywhere good.
