Why Does the Community YouTube Forum Sometimes Disappear?

Okay, so when I get into the forums, and check the General Discussion out, at the top where the community youtube subforum is supposed to be at, it'll be missing. After a while, it'll reappear. And then, a few hours later, it'll disappear again. What causes this? Why does this happen.

It's only a sub-forum of SuperMarioBrosX.org, so you can't view it in the general forum

The Real Question is if it still makes a use since nothing really happened there.

Maybe it only shows when you're logged in, and you were logged out during the times it disappeared?
