They look very amazing. You did a very good work by making a nice shading onto them. At least you can put black 2x2 Pixels on these spots where it does not have an outline at the bottom on the plant so it will look better that way.

The colors should be switched. It should be dark on the outside and light on the inside of the sprite, if that makes a little sense. Just look at the Nipper and see how that was colored.
