Two brand new screenshots of two now finished levels. Of course, the nighty desert level is finished as well, and the strange oasis colors were fixed.

Well since you have started this project up again, I wish all the best in its progress.
If you want, you can still send me individual levels to give feedback on. Gonna be a while till demo 2 right? So feedback only based on screens won't give you a full idea of the whole level design.

Unfortunately, I don't plan to lend individual levels for this project for feedback. If you wish to post any either positive or negative feedback you'll have to download any Demo and give any feedback you would wish to post.
Also, I don't know if I should release Demo 2.0 right after finishing W2. I'll probably leave the final decision to the userbase.

Update! Here I bring to all of you some screens of the final levels, one of them being the world castle err ... temple. Even though I finished the temple, I still haven't thought of anything for the boss battle. So I would like some possible and not so hard ideas. Keep in mind that the fact that you suggest them doesn't mean I'll implement them though. So anyway, here are the screenshots.
By the way, I added a poll to the thread where I'll be asking your opinion on a little something. Since W2 is almost done I want to know if you guys would like me to release Demo 2.0 with just W1 & W2, or if you want to wait for W3 to be done. If you'd like to leave a comment instead of voting go ahead.

Oh man, that dragon coin the first screen looks like a pain in the ass to get.
Despite that, this looks great. However, I recommend you look into adding more scenery for the first and third screen, they just look... bland. And may I ask, how is the second screen considered a "desert"? It looks more like a grassy cliff to me. Otherwise, good work, I'm looking forward to more of this.

That won't be necesary. You know how much to my screenshots suck. Once you play those levels you'll see there's no need to add any more scenery.

Thank you guys. But if things go as it seems to you'll have to wait for W3. I suppose that if you voted for "Nah, I want to wait for W3" on the poll. I still don't know what to do with the boss of W2. I'll probably just make a regular SMBX boss instead of something completely custom.

I think there should be a level that takes place in a Mushroom Kingdom-esque level that's upside down. Also, there should be Hard Mode and hidden 8bit Toads and Boss Rush!

I'm not making a Mushroom Kingdom-esque level for this project as the adventure itself doesn't take place in the Mushroom Kingdom, so since I'm descanding the idea of using the mushroom kingdom in this project, I shouldn't even mention that an upside version won't appear in this project either.
About a Hard Mode, nah. There are the Stardust levels and the Special World already, there's no need for a hard mode that I'm not even a fan of making. Nope, 8bit Toads won't appear either. I want the esthetics to be as perfect as possible. About the Boss Rush, there is a similar thing I'm planning for W8.

Natsu, I really love the NPC placement in the screenshot, also the design looks nice. Although I'm you GFX designer, I feel like I do nothing at all lol

Well, you did help me with a certain NPC for the W1 boss. I'm gonna ask you a little something for W3 boss, be prepared for that.
