Why do we have three DOTA threads?

Isn't one enough? I can see why Ragont's thing has its separate thread, but the moral support thread is about the same as the main one.

the moral support thread is for the community's 1v1 tournament.
the main thread is where we bitch about how dumb the international tournament was and how moronic arteezy is

Even as a non-Dota player, I support all three threads' existence.
The main thread is for general Dota discussion.
The "give us support" thread is for a specific competition (similar to the Mario Kart 8 tournament thread).
And basically the same for Game of Throws.
