It is what you asked for. See where it says Download: Mario-6.zip? It's at the top, just click that and it should download. Unless it is not what you wanted.

FanofSMBX probably wasn't trying to be funny.

Not sure what you would do with a Yoshi playable in the first place. Focusing on your level design skills would probably be a better investment of your time.
