"Introduce the forum to RPs"?

Why does "the community need to be introduced to roleplaying"? I'm on board with Mario roleplays don't get me wrong, but The Unknown Adventure was up since like July or August for those people who were interested.

The Unknown Adventure wasn't something community-wide. The new RP obviously garnered more popularity among the forum members, and many of them don't know how to roleplay properly yet.
