What's up with locking all of these good roleplaying threads

As I read the Admins and game masters do seem to be doing something, but it would've been a lot nicer if you could've just made a post saying that the roleplaying buisness still need to be set so plz don't post any roleplays yet.
If you want me to explain it better in a more real way then I'll do it like this.

My story:

One day an smbx user goes and joins a roleplay
User: Well I guess I'll join as a teacher. (since I've noticed many roleplays have teachers )
Topic: You are a teacher.
User: YES!!!
Well on the day they are just about to begin the role play he notices that the topic is locked.
User: OMG :@ (he looks at the last post)
Topic: due to blah blah blah blah I had to lock this.
User: Why couldn't they have just made a topic on that earlier!!!

Also In a post I remeber Joey said that he didn't want the amount of locked topics increasing.

It should be fairly obvious after the first lock that we're not allowing any more until everything is prepared. That's all there is to it.

Well it would be more convienient to just post a stickied post about roleplays.

We're locking RPs because they are not in accordance with our new rules. This should be in the SMBX.org forum.
