i made that boss, butttttt:

-it's too small, it needs to be twice the size it is now

so can someone resize it? like, make it bigger?
i need it really soon, please be fast!

Try this tutorial for a Paint.NET plugin. It allows you to smoothly resize a sprite, and all you need to do is edit te excess black out or change it to the inside color.

So... I was generous enough to do this for whatever reason, I wasn't planning on doing so but it happened so yay. Only problem is that I'm not sure if it's good enough since this is a first attempt at resizing graphics by 200%

Locking this because not only is it fulfilled, but resizing a graphic by 200% is not the point of this forum. This is a situation where you should get an image editor, like Paint.NET, and do it yourself.

You'd be surprised how much work it actually takes to resize things, when you resize to 200%, there's a ton of 4x4 pixels and it actually takes quite a lot of time to correct and to make them look right, it's not as easy as it looks; anyways, locked for real now.
