If I were you I'd use that as a desert castle it would be cool to have castles in every world in an episode

I don't know why, but it reminds me to Sonic Rush Adventure. Anyway, ths is a really good background.

If you want that to be Peach's castle I suggest to make the background blue sky and make the castle whiter or pinker

I love the BG, but you could add some BGOs to the screen and NPCs. Otherwise I love it.

TNTtimelord: I would add some more variation to that cloud background - maybe make the blue fade to a deeper blue as it goes up, or just use the fade from the SMB3 blocks or hills BG.
