Transparent Water

I've seen many levels that have transparent water in them but I don't know how to make transparent water. Someone please help me on that! Thanks for reading.

If you are trying to make a transparent water, make the Mask more directed to gray instead of completly black. You can try different Toning (if that is right to call that) to the gray like near to white or near to black.
